Sammy’s owner, Samantha, has a degree from the Texas Culinary Academy and over a decade of experience working in the culinary industry. She has managed and cooked in a variety of establishments, ranging from delis to fine dining restaurants. While she took a hiatus to pursue other interests, she dreamed of one day opening her own beach side sandwich shop and kept a running list of her own creations to include on the menu. She is now proudly opening Sammy’s in Port A, to offer fresh specialty sandwiches, soups, salads and other delicious treats.
